 The Connecticut Organization of Nursing Executives is a chapter of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), the national organization for nursing leaders, provides direction and leadership for the advancement of nursing practice and patient care in organized health care systems, in the achievement of excellence in nursing leadership practice, and in the shaping of policy affecting health care delivery from the perspective of nursing leaders.
